(J). Why should I open a Paymitra wallet when I can use my debit card or credit card?

Ans - Your credit cards and debit cards are prone to risks and exposure in this case is of the full balance outstanding in your bank account. This risk is minimised by first loading money into your Paymitra wallet and then using it to transact.


(K). Can I transfer funds to a phone number outside the country?

Ans - No. Paymitra wallet only allows you to transfer money to a bank account within India. Also, you can transfer money to a bank account using the account number and IFSC code of the beneficiary.


(L). How do I load my Adhikari wallet to do transactions?

(M). What if I forgot my Paymitra wallet Adhikari login password?

Ans - You can click the forgot password link either on our website https://paymitra.digital or on our mobile app login page. This will allow you to generate an OTP to reset your Adhikari password. Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number and create your new password.
